1) How quickly can I get my cards?
Our current turnaround is very fast and there’s still plenty of time – you could have simple black and white orders within 4 days of payment/approval, or colour logo orders within 7days.

2) How does the process work?
On receiving your order we will contact you (usually same day as receiving the order) with layout proofs by fax (or email), which will be accompanied by a pro-forma VAT invoice detailing all costs and will have payment instructions.
You will be given the option to make changes and we will not go to print until you have approved the proof.

3) Can I get a quote and how can I pay?
We realise with all the various options open to you, ordering can become complex. Your first option is an online quote you can get by clicking View/Order Cards, click on a card, then clicking the Show Prices button.
Otherwise please call us on our freephone number above to discuss requirements and give you a fully inclusive quote.
Payment: We now offer the option of paying by major credit or debit cards, in addition to company cheque or BACS (bank transfer).

4) What costs are involved?
Our costs lower according to quantity and we now offer cards in 2 main price brackets; Silver (Cat A) and Gold (Cat B) plus a few 'online special' Cards.
These prices include personalised black & white printing and envelopes.
Colour logo prices: Logos (and gold/silver text) are charged at £40 per colour
*please note, if one of the colours in your logo is black, this is still free and should not be counted.
Shipping: Express shipping is a standard £8 charge.
If front-page printing is selected, this is a standard charge of £40 for black, silver or gold text (this increases to £60 if you are ordering 500+ cards).

5) Can I incorporate our corporate / company logo?
Yes, that is not a problem, the online shopping system allows you to attach and proof a corporate logo (hi-resolution JPG, TIFF, BMP, PDF or EPS files preferred).

6) What quality are the cards?
All our cards are made from the highest quality of 350-400gsm board and are at least A4 (folded) size, so you can be assured you are getting value for money and a quality product.

7) Can I have signatures?
Yes, this is a great way to personalise your corporate Christmas card at a low price (£10) - for best results with signatures simply get your colleagues to sign a sheet of paper (solid black pen only) and send it to us (here ) with your company letterhead for identification purposes. This can be sent with a mail order (download order form here or sent separately if you are ordering online – if you are sending separate from an online order, please contact us to let us know you will be sending the signatures.

8) How much is it for a personalised or custom greeting?

9) Do you have example greetings?
Yes, once you have viewed the card gallery, selected a card, then clicked "proceed to proofing" there are a range of predefined greeings on display there - alternatively see the Greetings Page.

10) Can I choose the font?
Yes, you can have any font you want! Our online proofing system in the card gallery has a range to view (for other custom fonts you may have to provide the file).

11) I don’t like online shopping, can I order by fax?
Of course, we are very flexible. Simply click here to download and print a fax order form - alternatively you can phone us and we will fax you an order form.

12) Can I get a proof?
We send layout fax proofs on receiving all orders, and do not go to print until you have approved the fax proof.

By default we print directly to the board, however, the shopping cart also give you the option to select paper inserts which also do free of charge!

15) I don't want to make a charity donation, can I get them cheaper?
We realise some customers support other charities or do not wish to make a charity donation with their corporate Christmas cards, so offer discounts accordingly. You don't have to explain your reasons, phone us on 0800 0430 192 to place your order with a further 10% discount.
