International Customers

At Scottish Christmas Cards we are happy to receive international orders from outside the United Kingdom and have many delighted customers from across the globe, ranging from the USA, Canada, France, Germany, India, & China/Hong Kong. When ordering your Christmas cards from outside the Great Britain there are a number of considerations that must be made. After viewing our Christmas Cards please e-mail us if you have any queries or wish advice regarding any of the following aspects.

1) International customers should allow up to 14 days from payment for European 'surface mail' delivery services due to varying shipping times. The earlier the order is placed, the better, but we can also search for (and would highly recommend!) a quote for more rapid worlwide courier delivery. These can take only a few days or less (sometimes next day, depending on your location and budget!).

2) We will strive to find the quickest and most cost-effective method of postage, unique to your destination, and do not add anything to the courier's own charges. All packaging remains free of charge. After placing an order you will be promptly contacted with a finalised total, inclusive of shipping. You have the right to cancel at this point if you wish.

3) For non-UK orders, VAT will be deducted from the price shown in the shopping cart. Again, international customers will be notified of the revised cost, where shipping has been added/VAT is deducted, after placing an order.

4) Credit cards will be charged in £ (GBP) - this will be converted into your local currency by your credit card company. You can e-mail if you wish to arrange a finalised quote before submitting your order.
